    I am new to this web site and have read your comments with interest. I am due to have a tram reconstruction (Bilateral) in october and more than a little nervous about it!. I have heard that the tram reconstructon is more successful if you have been exercising your tummy muscles - doing sit-ups etc. Is this true? I'm hopeless at doing exercise regularly, but this would be the motivation I need.
