I have been using a ladycare magnet continuously since saturday as hot flushes unbearable, I,m pleased to say it has made a great difference to me got it earlier on in the year for period pain at my local chemist for £25.00. Hope this helps anyone who is struggling. Please remember to remove if you are having radiotherapy.x

Hi mel hope it helps, I occasionally feel as if I will have a full blown hot flush, so far I only feel as if it will and it does not come to anything. x
