Best Foot ForwardEase your way into being more active and share support with others who have had breast cancer with our new Best Foot Forward walking groups. We’re currently piloting these in Salford, Barnsley and Calderdale for people who are moving forward after treatment. If you want to manage fatigue, maintain a healthy weight or you’d just like company while you exercise, taking regular short walks can help.
