Breast m8s

As girls go through puberty, their breasts and bodies will go through changes. It’s important to remember that breasts come in all shapes and sizes and that everyone’s breasts develop at different rates.

In this section, we look at some of the common questions and answers we get asked by young people and we also have information for you to read about changes to your breasts, wearing bras and what's normal.

However, if you are concerned about breast health or changes to your breast, you should talk to someone in your family, or your teacher, school nurse or local doctor (GP).
