Breast Cancer Voices: breast cancer on a low income
Take part in our December ‘In Perspective’ event
We are looking for a Breast Cancer Voice to speak from a patient perspective at the next 'In Perspective' event. We would like to know if anyone is available to speak at the event from the following perspective:
• talking about the financial pressures of living in a low income household* and being diagnosed with breast cancer
(* For example, we would like to hear from people who were eligible for means tested benefits when they were diagnosed with breast cancer.)
If you would be interested in speaking about your experience at the event, and are able to travel to London for an evening in December (your travel expenses would be covered), please contact

This is a series of evenings where people come together to listen to guest speakers and discuss a key issue affecting people with breast cancer. The audience includes politicians, civil servants, health care professionals, people working in the voluntary sector and Breast Cancer Voices, service users and volunteers.
