Breast Nipple Sore

Hi I have small breast 29.
I am unmarried and 23yr old.
I do breast massage at home for 15-20mins based on breast enlargement tips.
But,after doing more massage my nipple looks bit sore kind.
It remains sore for 30-60 mins.
Is it good or bad?
There is no pain and no itching.
Should I be concerned about it or ignore it?
