Call for models for a Breast Cancer Care photoshoot
We are looking for people affected by breast cancer to take part in a photoshoot for Breast Cancer Care’s website, patient information and fundraising material.
It is important to us that we feature real people who have been affected by breast cancer in our publications and we’re hoping to recruit around 20 people. The photos will be of people in everyday situations such as talking to a friend or family member, cooking dinner, exercising or walking in a park.
The photoshoot will take place over three days during the week commencing 13 June in London (two days) and Cardiff (one day). Volunteers would be asked to attend one of these days in the location most convenient for them.
We are looking to include people of different ages and cultural backgrounds. There is also opportunity for your friends and family to join you in the photoshoot and we are really keen to hear from people with partners who are happy to appear with them in photos, particularly same sex partners. We would also like to hear from someone experiencing hair loss.
Those taking part will work alongside other women affected by breast cancer, a professional photographer and some members of Breast Cancer Care’s Publishing team.
We will provide refreshments on the day and will reimburse travel expenses.
If you would like to take part, or would like any more information, please do not hesitate to contact Amy Adams on 0207 960 3432 or at

Depending on the number of responses we get we might not be able to include everyone who volunteers. If this is the case thank you so much for offering your time and we hope that in the future you will consider volunteering for Breast Cancer Care again.

Bump as there may be others along over the week-end J xx
I sent them a photo and they said they will call me back with more details! Sounds good fun! x
Happy to be a baldie in the pics. I'm already talking to assorted bods at BCC about other bits and pieces.
Choccie, I am going on the Monday, would be lovely to meet you xxx
Shame this was old and i only just saw this - i would have done it
I'll do it, providing you show me topless. I'm not an exhibitionist or anything, but BC shouldn't be dressed up.
