Can I ask?? about eating beetroot?...........someone has just told me there are benefits for white blood cells if I eat beetroot, but does anyone know if its the usual pickled variety or fresh.......I love both so wouldnt be too worried whichever it was, any input would be a help

beetroot Fresh, rather than pickled, and if possible use the beet tops as well.
thanks Phoebe Will see if I can find some today, I usually eat the beet tops anyway so that wont be a problem. Much obliged for your reply
