Crystals When i had reiki some time ago she used crystals on my head as i had terrible headaches.
I have been invited to a jewellery crystal party, can anyone tell me what are the benefits of crystals?

Hi Liverbird On the scientific front, all metals are crystaline. Therefore if you are wearing anything metal (gold and silver jewellery perhaps) you are in direct contact with crystals and will reap any benefits - although I don\'t recommend wearing lots of crystals in the form of metals while standing under a tree in a thunderstorm. Equally, salt and sugar are crystaline so put some salt on your fish and chips and some sugar in your coffee occasionally.
On the aesthetic front, crystals benefit the wearer under disco lights because they sparkle and attract attention. I believe some forms of quartz actually glow under UV light - might be worth investigating.
On the financial front, I recommend diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires.
Do you know how to tell whether a diamond is a diamond? Firstly diamond will scratch glass. Secondly if you put a diamond against your lip it will feel cold because it is a fantastically good conductor of heat, even better than metals.
Best wishes,
Sue
Hi Ruth Hi Ruth,
Last message a little tongue in cheek. Alas, I\'m a skeptic.
Just enjoy the sparkle.
Best wishes,
Sue
a laugh Hi Sue
had a big laugh at your last post. As you know I\'m a fan of certain therapies but have to agree with you about crystals. I love diamonds but sadly can\'t afford them as I have to pay for my complementery therapy!
