I have had left sided mastectomy and four lymph nodes removed three of which showed cancer. I have been told that I need chemotherapy radiotherapy and then other lymph nodes removed after the treatment. Has this happened to anyone else ?

Hi Janet 462,
Yes same has happened to me, I had right sided mx with 2 nodes out of 3 with cells. Surgeon said I would need more surgery but is waiting to see if oncologist agrees if thats the way to go after my chemo and rads have finished.
