lazy cancer
Hi, New to this and just wanted to know if their was anybody else out there who feels the same as me.I had a lumpectomy and lymph nodes removed 7 years ago. I followed this with chemo and radiotherapy. 3yrs later it came back in lymph nodes in my neck. started on arimidex which was great it shrunk them, but during a scan last year a lymph node was found in my stomach area, also in my breast bone small lesions, and small slivers on my liver. Liver functions ae good at moment. They have kept an eye on them but the one in stomach area grew a bit and last november i was told I had to have more chemo. Just finished this and the study I was on. I have been told my cancer is lazy, which is great but now everytime I go for my 6 week scan I get really worried about the results. Just had scan last week and due to see my consultant on friday this week.I am feeling great and have my apetite back and more energy, but always apprehensive about results. thanks Ina
