Men's views needed for new BCC booklet

We are looking for men with breast cancer to contribute to the upcoming revision of our Men with breast cancer booklet. It’s always tricky to find enough contributors for this booklet, so if you are a man with breast cancer, we would be extremely grateful if you can help us by filling in the attached questionnaire.

Pete has asked me to let you know that he hasn’t received any replies yet, so he would be very grateful if anyone who has downloaded the file can send it to him as we don't want to produce the new version of the booklet until we have at least some new experiences to include.
Also, we are hoping to set up a photoshoot for the booklet. If you would be willing to be photographed for this, please let Pete know. This would probably involve you being able to come to London (we would cover travel expenses) on a day that is suitable for you. If you are interested in taking part but not able to travel, please also let Pete know, since it is possible that we would be able to shoot in people’s homes. No experience is needed. Many thanks.
