Norwich - Yoga/Badminton/Aquastretch
There is a great support group in Norwich (Post Surgery Support) that offers Badminton,Yoga & Aquastretch at the UEA Sportspark at reduced rates.
The group meets on Wednesday mornings and you can choose one or two activities and there is a chance for everyone to meet in the coffee bar afterwards.
All ages and stages of breast cancer welcome. Yoga and Badminton beginners and the more experienced are all catered for. Equipment provided.
The Yoga class is at risk of being discontinued as the numbers attending have been very low recently. It would be a real shame if this happened as so many people have found the yoga helpful during and after treatment. So if you're in the area, please think about giving it a try.
