painful irritation during rads

Hello everybody!!
My mum she's almost at the end of her radiotheraphy,three more days.Since few days she started to have an ugly irritation under her breast (she had only the tumor removed).The doctors adviced her to use Methyl Blue only,but I think that is not enough at this stage of her irritation.Any opinion and suggestion?
