Pedal for Scotland 2011!
I thought I would share some news which has made me realise how many good people there are out there! My husband and 9 of his colleauges did the Pedal for Scotland on 11th September and despite the weather being 'rather blowy' they all finished with a smile on their face and with the knowledge that they had raised money for a good cause. They have raise over £2000 for Breast Cancer Care and the total keeps rising. I also recently sold my self published log of my 'breast cancer experience' to family, friends and colleauges and they parted with cash over £500 which has gone to Breast Cancer Research. How marvelous to have people so generous! My best wishes to all. J.

Hi Jayne, that's brilliant! If I recall correctly, the Glasgow-Edinburgh lot took over where we Shine walkers left off... Glasgow Green was just awash with people raising money for cancer charities.
Hope they've recovered form being blown away and had as much of a good time as we did!
Well done on selling yout book to friends and family too. Superb!
Take care.
