To post on our forums, you need to register with the site.
There is a link to register at the top right of every page of the website

Click on register to access the registration form.

To register you only need to fill the following fields:
Username, Email address and Password. You can tick the box to receive our newsletters.
Check your email address is valid
IMPORTANT NOTE
Remember that messages posted on the forums or comments posted on the site can be seen by anyone browsing the web. All pages and messages are indexed by search engines such as Google. Your username should not include your first name, last name or location of where you live. If the username you selected is already used, an alert message will appear once you've submitted the registration form and you will be able to choose a different username.
You can enter optional information about yourself. You can also do that later.
Note: information entered here won't appear on your profile, you will be asked to choose your privacy settings later and choose the information you want to share with the community.

You can add a link to your blog or personal website on your profile. Profiles with inappropriate links will be deleted.
You can add an image, also known as avatar, to your profile (you can do that later too). The profile image is only visible to other registered users. If you are concerned about your privacy, don't upload an image or choose an anonymous image like a landscape or a pet (pictures of cats are very popular!).

To add an image, click on Choose File. This will open a window showing the files on your computer, browse to find an image and click Choose.
The image will be uploaded when you click submit at the bottom of the page. Your image must be a jpg, jpeg, gif or png file. The website should resize the image to fit your profile.

The email will contain your login details and a link that you must click to validate your account. This is to verify only users with a valid email address register with the website.
Some email service providers (e.g. AOL) are known to block automatic messages or place them in the spam folder. If you haven’t received an email from Breast Cancer Care with a link to validate your email address within one hour of registering, please email
from the email address you registered with. A forum host will activate your account manually when she's next online.
