Results of FNA

I have not had my results of my FNA?
Did anyone else have to wait for them? When I returned to the consultant's office it was after 4.30pm, thus too late for the lab to send them back!
Called the number the breast care nurse gave me and that's an answerphone.

Sorry you are still waiting and know that you must be feeling very anxcious. All hospitals do things differently but I do think they should have warned you that you might not get results straight away.I hope you manage to get some sleep tonight and get throgh to the BCN tonmorrow, if results aren't through ask when they will be so that you haven't got aditional worries. Wishing you all the best xx
Hi there,
Thank you for your response, I have been recalled to see the consultant.
According to the clinic, inadequate cells were withdrawn!
