Survey: moving forward after treatment for primary BC
As you may know, Breast Cancer Care has produced a new "Moving Forward" resource pack to help people move forward from treatment with confidence. (Here it is: http://www.breastcancercare.org.uk/mfpack)
To help promote the pack, so people who need it hear about it, we’re conducting a poll about the issues people face after treatment for primary breast cancer. We hope to use the poll results in publicity about the pack.
