Thickening breast tissue?

Hi I am new to this forum but I recently had an MRI scan on my liver but it also picked up thickening breast tissue and I have to go for either an ultrasound or a mammogram. Cant feel any lumps but it does seem harder. Does anyone have any experience of this as I am getting quite worried about this.
