Video re lymphoedema treatmentprevention? I seem to remember reading a post that referred to a video showing how to massage, do exercises etc, to treat/prevent lymphoedema. Having been given a sheet of paper describing exercises, skin brushing and massage, I am finding difficulty in translating it into action. I think a video would be hugely helpful, does anyone know where one can be obtained?

Breast cancer Haven produce a DVD called Lymphoedema awareness: reducing your risk - I\'ve seen it and it\'s great so try them!
