Hi all.
We're really sorry for the inconvenience caused by our website going down earlier this morning. This was caused by the work we are doing on the new website, although we weren't expecting it have this impact.
We try to limit site downtime as much as possible. But if this needs to happen again, we will do our best to give you advance warning.

I am a bit alarmed that you feel the need to hide behind a wall when telling us - are we REALLY that scary? Earlier in the year we did promise tea via a straw through the keyhole and biscuits shoved under the door of the cupboard that you hide the BCC techies in, so we can't be all that bad. Please let us know if tea and biscuits are required, I'm sure we'll oblige.
Thank you James for the info regarding the website! Is there any more info regarding the re-launch of the new site yet?
We may even manage some flapjacks or some lemon drizzle cake for that!
