What are the symptoms of liver mets

Hi All,
I've been getting a on and off stitch like pain on my right side and my stomoch has been feeling tender - (lower abdomen). I am getting worried thinking the worst............. do you get any type of pains or symptoms for liver mets? i spoke to the onc and mentioned it to her on friday and she just told me to keep on eye on it but i shouldn't be worried but i can't help it i am?
please advise

Of course you are worried - especially as she didn't rule it out, but said to keep an eye on it instead.
I think you will find that a lot of us with liver mets had absolutely no symptoms whatsoever before diagnosis. Maybe it's even fair to say the majority of us.
It's so easy to say don't worry, but impossible to do. What about trying to keep yourself busy and distracted? Or you could set a date e.g. 3 weeks time, and decide not to fret about it every day, but review the situation then. I know it's sort of playing mind games with yourself, but it sometimes works!
