Woman's hour interview
This probably comes under 'interesting' more than helpful. Today 24/01/12, Woman's Hour (10 am Radio 4) is discussing how women can find early signs of breast cancer. I missed yesterday's interview, but will use 'Listen again' to hear it.
" Speaking on Woman’s Hour yesterday Professor Peter Gotzsche from the Nordic Cochrane Research Centre in Copehagen cast doubt on the usefulness of breast screening programmes. He even said that it wasn’t worthwhile women examining their own breasts once a month. We find out what the Department of Health recommends and the latest advice from Breast Cancer Care."

Thanx for this MM! Will try and catch it. Sounds 'interesting'!
Wandyx
Hi Wandy. I've managed to post twice, since this one appeared to vanish after posting. I made some additional comments on the other one, which I won't repeat. It's a complex issue, and I wish they had questioned him more fully than a very brief interview, but perhaps the rest is today.
Nice head of hair, by the way!
