This event will be back for 2012! Register your interest now to take part in this marathon 26.2 mile cycle ride and support people living with breast cancer in the UK.

This great cycle ride will start and finish in the stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace. The route will take you through woodland trails and picturesque Oxfordshire villages and take in the best of the Cotswold’s splendid rural scenery.

Answers

How much sponsorship do I need to raise?

All of the charity places across the Sportive, Time Trial, Brompton World Championship and Pink Ribbonride have a fundraising commitment of £200. Please visit the specific event page for full details or email challenges@breastcancercare.org.uk

If you register for a non-charity place and decide to fundraise for Breast Cancer Care we simply ask that you raise as much as you can, we don’t have a minimum sponsorship pledge.

How do I qualify for a free Breast Cancer Care cycling jersey?

If you chose to cycle for Breast Cancer Care or are cycling in any of the Breast Cancer Care charity places you could qualify for a free jersey! £100 of your sponsorship money needs to be with the charity by Monday 31 July 2011 for you to receive a Team Breast Cancer Care cycling jersey to wear in your event. Please email challenges@breastcancercare.org.uk and let Breast Cancer Care know that you will be fundraising for your jersey.

How will you support me with my fundraising?
Once you register to cycle for Breast Cancer Care we will send you a fundraising support pack with everything that you will need to start fundraising including sponsorship and paying in forms and details of how to order materials such as collecting tins, banners and balloons.

In your e-newsletters there will be specific sections with fundraising advice and a dedicated member of the challenges team will be on hand to answer any of your fundraising questions and offer advice.

If I don’t want to take part in the event can I help out instead?
We are always looking for volunteers to help support our fundraisers on race day and make Breast Cancer Care’s Bike Blenheim Palace a success. We could not put on the event without their support. We are looking for people on the day to come and help with a variety of roles. For more information please email challenges@breastcancercare.org.uk
