A little bit of inspiration
Adrienne's Ball 2010
A commemorative evening was organised last year on Saturday 9 October at the Ettington Chase Hotel, Stratford upon Avon in memory of Adrienne Thomas, who died of breast cancer shortly after her 40th birthday.
The evening, organised by her husband, Michael, sisters Catherine and Susan, brother Chris and parents Jim and Maureen, was a great success and raised £15,000 for the Lavender Trust, a charity that meant a lot to Adrienne.
More than 160 family and friends attended the black tie ball to celebrate the life of Adrienne.
They enjoyed a drinks reception, three-course dinner and dancing to a live band. An exciting auction and raffle also took place with prizes including a week’s holiday in France, a sailing weekend on the Solent, holiday vouchers and aromatherapy treatments.
We would like to thank Michael and Adrienne’s family for their hard work and support of the Lavender Trust.
