Looking for inspiration on putting together your In the Pink event:

Why not try:

Rotating dinner parties – Get together a group of friends to meet throughout the month for home cooked meals. Taking turns going to different houses and then donating the money everyone would have spent on a night out for each of the meals.

Boot sale – Make the most of your unwanted items by selling it to someone who can give it a good home. Set up a table on your front lawn or even take a boot full down to a local car boot sale and see how much you can raise.

Want help planning your In the Pink event?

Why not try:

Non-uniform day – Encourage pupils and staff to pay £1 to wear something pink to school and have a competition, with prizes, for the pinkest pupil!

Sports day – Hold a pink sports day with all athletes wearing pink. If the weather isn’t great, you can have a series of indoor competitions: a dance, basketball, indoor hockey, sprints. You can raise funds by charging people an entry fee and selling treats to keep energy levels high!

Stuck for ideas to get In the Pink?

Why not try:

Swearing fines – A simple way to raise money at work. Initiate a fine system for you and your fellow workers, with penalties for arriving late to work, swearing, looking scruffy, making tea without offering anyone else a cuppa – just remember to be ruthless!

Superhero days – Sponsor your colleagues to wear their pants on top of their trousers for the day. If they are pink, even better!
