Next issue of Vita coming soon
The evenings are drawing in and the past few weeks have been a blur of interviews, copy deadlines and word counts for the next issue of Vita magazine. Almost everything’s completed on the writing side of things now and we’re already well into the design stage.
We spoke with the lovely Veronica Koppelman, who’s a businesswoman and motivational speaker, a couple of weeks back and you’ll be able to see a video trailer (we hope the first of many on Vita online) of her interview here in the not too distant future.
We’re also including a very moving article from Ellie Jeffery, who was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer while still in her 20s. Ellie’s powerfully written blog ‘written off’ can be found at http://www.writtenoff.net if you’d like to find out more about her story.
As Laura (Vita’s regular editor, who’s currently enjoying a holiday away from wintery London) mentioned in our previous blog, the upcoming issue will include our first ever celebrity interview, with TV’s Trisha Goddard, and we’ve got plenty more interesting articles lined up as well.
I’ll be back with another update in a few weeks and the magazine will be published at the start of January. As always, if you’ve got a story you’d like to share with us or if there’s a particular topic you’d like to see covered in a future issue, please let us know. You can get in touch at vita@breastcancercare.org.uk and we’d love to hear from you.
