This year marks 25 years of the pink ribbon, the symbol of breast cancer across the world today. During this time, Breast Cancer Care has used this symbol as a powerful way to raise awareness and to provide much needed support to people affected by breast cancer.
We want to continue to be here for people over the next 25 years so that we can meet the growing need for specialist support.
Nobody should have to face breast cancer alone
We are here to give people emotional support and information when it's needed most. One of the ways we do this is via our Helpline - a lifeline to many and staffed by specialist nurses who provide a caring human voice. In addition, we produce easy-to-read and accurate information booklets on a range of topics to support people through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. We can also match someone via our Someone Like Me service to a person who has been through a similar experience and is trained to provide support and understanding.
Services such as these ensure that people facing breast cancer don't have to face it alone.
Support for the next 25 years
All our services depend on generous donations. Please help us to support individuals and families facing breast cancer both now and in the years to come by making a donation to our Pink Ribbon appeal today. Thank you.
