I look after the Moving Forward gallery on our website as one part of my work here in the Marketing team.

The gallery's open to anyone moving on from hospital-based treatment for breast cancer to share their experiences and a photo.

People often find it's a tricky time as they try to return to everyday life after breast cancer treatment. Seeing how others are getting on can help relieve worries and take away feelings of isolation. The gallery also signposts people to our free support and information services such as our Moving Forward courses.

To spread the word about the gallery we’ve featured several stories from it in our social media activity. Patricia and Cheryl talked about how they managed side effects of treatment such as pain and fatigue while Mags told us about taking up dragon boating. Check out the gallery to read more insights into life after treatment.

Thank you

The gallery’s been a popular part of our website attracting new visitors. Thank you to all our fantastic contributors. I always look forward to meeting you and reading about your experiences.
