If you have a query about breast cancer or breast health, just want to talk things through or find more support, our experts are only at the end of a telephone line.
Call our experts free on:
(text relay prefix: 18001)
We are open:
Late opening Wednesday 9am-7pm
Please note, the Helpline will be closed on Saturday 12 November for a team training day. You can contact us again on Monday 14 November or email our nurses and we will reply when we're next open.
Calls are free from all UK landlines and mobiles. Out of hours you can leave a voicemail and we'll phone back when we're next open. To make sure everyone can contact us we have access to a telephone interpreting service and a text type facility.
Whatever your concern, you can be confident we’ll understand and that the information you’ll receive is clear and up to date. All calls are answered by specialist nurses or experienced helpline staff.
All calls are welcome - whatever your situation and background - including:
- women and men with breast cancer or breast health concerns
- friends, relatives, partners and children of people with breast cancer
- healthcare professionals
And if you have a question but prefer to receive the information in writing, why not email our nurses instead?
I've gained an enormous amount from the Helpline. The main thing has been to stop anxieties escalating, but also much needed information. I honestly don't know what I'd have done without the Helpline.Helpline caller
